While you're there, hit reply and tell me the one thing you most want answered on the day. I read all of them and I'll make sure to cover it in the main presentation or in the Q&A.

Optional, but worth it
Is it your managers, or the system around them?
Before the session, take five minutes to find out. The People Scorecard gives you two scores, one for your managers and one for the people structures around them, and tells you what to fix first. Do it before the 1st and you'll know which parts of the hour matter most for your business.
